Literally: Fit & Fun Outdoor

For the time being UM Sports is taking things outside now indoor sports are still not allowed. As of 1 July, sport centres may open their doors again, but UM Sports does not have official approval yet, they report on Facebook.

Four days a week, there will be Fit & Fun Outdoor, a class in which you run short distances and do exercises with the aim of strengthening your upper body and leg muscles, under supervision of an instructor (see photo).

Those who prefer running, can join in on Saturdays; one week it will be endurance training, the other week it will be interval training. From next week, there will also be yoga and body & mind classes.
The schedules will be distributed by e-mail weekly via the newsletter that is sent to members.
