What: Stukafest
When: 4 February, 19.30
Where: various student rooms, closing party at De Kadans
Admission: open passes €12.50

From the comfort of a student room, here is your chance to get up close and personal with artists at the annual student room party (studentenkamerfeest, abbreviated as Stukafest). Accompanied by a beer and someone else’s dirty laundry, you get the chance to witness various performances, such as singer-songwriters, modern dance, theatre, comedy and poetry. For example, there will be a performance by indie-rock band Hit Me TV, a cabaret show by Camaretten semifinalist Berit Companjen, and – if you prefer to be surprised – a mystery act. The event will take place in student cities across the country, organised in Maastricht by students of SV Koko. The programme starts at 19.30 in the Koko bar with standup comedian David Popper, followed by three rounds of performances from 20.30, each consisting of half-hour of performances with a half-hour intermezzo in between. All of the sixteen student rooms are located in convenient locations around Maastricht’s city centre. After the last round, the evening will come to a close with a party at the De Kadans nightclub.
